The digital and communications directorate spans the charity’s marketing, content, PR & communications, and digital channels functions.  The directorate’s teams play a central role in increasing the reach and profile of the charity, building engagement with our key audiences and positioning Action on Hearing Loss as a leader for change.

The directorate is also the engine for digital transformation across the charity, to enable us to capitalise on the power of digital and technology to deliver our goals and improve life for people with deafness, tinnitus and hearing loss.  There is also a proposal under consideration, subject to consultation, to include the Information Management and Technology team within the directorate to ensure closer working across digital, data and IT.

This new role is to lead this team, and to lead people across the organisation to deliver a digital transformation in support of our ambitious new Strategy, Transforming Lives.

If you have a successful track record leading marketing and communications and/or digital transformation across an organisation, with the leadership skills to take every level of the organisation with you, we would love to hear from you.
